Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Deliver and maintain a high level of friendly customer service at all times
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information as needed
- Provide superior level of service to internal and external customers
- Invoice and fill orders from stock using latest DMS inventory control technology
- Maintain parts inventory for accuracy and correct stock levels
- Learn all aspects of a working automotive dealership parts department
- Follow and complete directives as assigned by management
Requirements:
- No experience necessary, willing to train.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
